Victorian pinchbeck cameo brooch. The cameo is shell carved with a scene from greek mythology called Leda and the Swan, where Leda meets Zeus in the guise of a swan. This brooch is made from a material called pinchbeck, it was a mix of copper and zinc made to resemble gold for use in jewellery. Similar look to gold.
